Tv mounts
I own a grey wolf 28bh. Our trailer came with a 19 inch tv. We have a 26 inch we would like to use but the current bracket on the 19 inch will not work on the 26 inch. Has anyone found brackets that would work for a 26 inch with out having to take off the current bracket on the outside?

Tv mounts
My question for you is did Brandon sell you mounts that will work with the mounts that came with our grey wolfs? The mount I am talking about is the v-shaped slide in mount. I spoke to brandon monday and he was not sure what I was talking about so he gave me a number to another man. Can you help please?

Yes, it was the V-Shaped mount, they sold them in the 19 and 26" sizes.

Does it fit?
OK, so you got the new bracket for a 26", but were you able to actually mount the TV in the "box"? I have a 29BH, so I think our TV mounting areas are the same - in the entertainment center, the TV mounting within the rotating box. My problem is that when I attempted to put the V mount on my new 26" TV, I didn't have enough clearance left to get the TV into the box high enough to feed the male V on the TV into the female V on the wall bracket. Let me know! Thanks!

I have not tried to mount a bigger tv in the box, I have a 19" there now. I use the bigger tv outside. I was curious too to see if it would work inside. Let me know if you have any luck.

Mounting a larger TV
Big Dawg - I'm betting it won't work. There's just not enough clearance in there. I don't know why I didn't see this coming before I bought the 26" - it barely fits in the opening as it is, and there simply can't be enough play available to allow me to "hook" it into the v-notch bracket. I assume that I'm going to have to buy a swinging mount so that I can attach the TV outside of the box with the arm extended and then push it back in. I'll have to figure out a way to keep it from extending during travel - I plan to leave it up there, the 26 only weighs 13 pounds, which I think is more than my 19" tv/dvd combo.
Shame on Forest River for putting cardboard TV's in all of their pictures which fill up the whole box - that's false advertising in my book.

MrPresident you still want to call Brandon, FR puts the swing arm mount into the SIERRA and a few other 5th wheel models. It has a clip in latch that holds the arm and TV in during travel and has a strap and clip that wraps around the TV for added security the straps anchor on hooks built into the mount base. I looked at mine but there is no MFG of part number on it anywhere, so Brandon will have to track it down.
With it you will be able to attach the TV then slide it back into the opening as you stated.

I wonder if there is something in between a 19" and 26" that would work?

We don't have a "box" on our Lacrosse 303 RKS but, our 26" TV is mounted on the swing arm provided by Prime Time (Brandon). Yes, it does pull out to swivel left and right and then "snaps" back into the mount for travel. And, you won't have to change any of the mounts on the back of your TV's because the swing arm mount has the same style female mount that is already on the wall.
