Question TV tilt'er?

Is there a mount that will allow the tv to be tilted down, so we can see the picture better when laying down? It doesn't need an arm to swing (that is all I am finding).

Beast Buy and Wal-Mart has various wall mounts that tilt down. Have you thought about installing a wall mounted wood block?
