Wall removal

Good morning, everyone,

We have a 2016 Grey Wolf 29DSFB with the Queen option instead of a bunkhouse. I am wondering if this wall/partition is structural support, or if we’d be okay removing it to open up the TT more. I have a call in to our RV dealer, but they appear to be most helpful up to the point of sale.

Jody

I have never heard of any interior wall being a support wall in any RV. Not nessessary in 8'. But then I don't sleep at Holiday Inns!

The wall you have circled isn't a load bearing wall. It's perfectly fine to remove it, but you may find that's it may not be as simple as you'd like it to be. If there are no wiring in it then it's just a matter of figuring out how they attached it to the floor and ceiling, and removing those fasteners.
