We sprung a leak!
Long post but I got it fixed!
I picked up my 26DBH 2 weeks ago and up here in MI we had some heavy rains at the end of last week and noted in the front storage compartment was wet with water.
Now I had then install a HWT bypass and figured they lost a little water when they installed it. I looked at the roof -no signs of a leak, looked at he ceiling and walls - nothing.
So it was a little mystery. Last night it poured again and I said "Lemme check."
I went out after it stopped and found water in the middle of the floor - "Darn it!" So since it just occurred I took the flashlight and a towel and began tracing the flow of water.
It was coming from the slide so I checked the seals - no light coming through. Looked under the slide and it was coming out of the holes where the wire comes from - "Great" I thought. Just what I need a leak near wires. Well it was near the outside storage behind the couch so I opened it and saw a little trail of water on the side so I continued to follow it up and rechecked the area above and low and behold on the rain gutter there is one screw missing - right above where the leak is. I grabbed a tube of silicone for now and gooped up the hole.
The only thing I can imaging with the heavy rains the rain gutter was so filled that it over flowed into the hole. I mean it rained a lot in a short period of time. Bu that was the best time to track the leak, Hopefully it is sealed up now. I will put a screw in there and silicone it again.
I had the trailer leveled slightly different and the water pooled in a different spot so It made it easier to track down.
