What is this?

I recently acquired a 2019 Arctic Wolf Cherokee. We are newbies and taking our time getting to know everything before we head out. This piece was laying in the storage area. What is it? It is solid steel. 1” thick.

Thanks. Since I don’t have a revolution hitch, I guess it’s a paperweight now.

I know some of the Artic Fox came with them, so maybe it's just locked out? Or maybe the previous owner found a standard king pin box that would fit?
Anyway, yep, definitely a good paperweight!
