Herk here is a parts list:

1 - 4 X 8 X 1/2 sheet of good one side Birch plywood.
150 - 1 inch wood screws.
6 tubes of silicone - clear
1 gallon of exterior paint

Tools required:
3 paint brushes and 1 roller
Drill
Hammer or you could multitool the 2 above into a Hammer drill
6 inch screw driver
Caulking gun
Wifes best dishtowels - 6
Hand saw
Measuring tape - 3 ft
3 HB No. 2 pencils (one for under the band on your hat, one for scratching your back and the third for marking the wood to be cut

Something with a semi straight edge unless you have a steady hand and unwaivering eyes.

Sneakers
Camo outfit including face paint

the trick is to put it together faster than your wife notices the dishtowels missing so you won't need the sneakers and the camo outfit with face paints.

But on a serious note Herk if you can think of anyone who sells the clips for air deflectors for trucks (ford especially) please post as I need different ones for my vehicle.
