Window Shade Fixes or Mods - 26DBH

Has any one fixed or made a mod that will fix these shade screws with spacers. Apparently they get ran into and now the screws don't hold. I feel like they are going to rip out of the wall at any time.

The tensioners are in the wrong place. They are suppose to be about 3-4 inches below the lowest point of the shade.

Well, that's the way it came from the dealer and don't want to make any more holes.
