My end issue is no 12v power to the coach. Since the relay does not close and make contact, all 12v power is stopped at that point.
Definitely sounds like a bad relay. There is also a circuit board that controls those relays.. could be a number of things. You obviously have power coming into the isolator/disconnect. Here's the isolator/ battery disconnect itself I found on line.

That sure looks like it. Before I buy one, I want to put auxiliary power to the relay to see if the soleniod is possibly bad. But you are right that it may be the circuit board.
