Bob, that is actually awesome to hear. Surprisingly we do hear this...just typically not on the forums. it is normally face to face when people are at Rally's or here for plant tours. Forums are usually a place to vent and solve problems. I'm ok with that.

Just to follow up on post #11. We have been in contact directly Some of the frustration was lack of documentation, but this unit was purchased used and I am unsure of what actually stayed with the unit when it was sold. I have since sent pdf's to help out. In addition most of the concerns were related to a lack of area, removable panels, etc for serviceability. We'll handle most of this directly, but for those of you following along, we are in touch just in case you don't see questions resolved here.

Just as a point of information, we have had the 2015 DX3 since August 2014 and have spent over 110 nights and 13,000 miles to date. We have had only a couple of very small issues that I have solved myself. We could not be more pleased with the design and construction of our DX3.
Our previous coach was a higher end Itasca, and our DX3 is of similar or better construction.
I cann't comment on others but ours is everything we expected.

Finally Much needed communication.

Ok. My initial post was a bit heated and I apologize for venting my frustrations in the forum. The Unit that I purchased was a 2014 Dynamax Isata F310 that has 10k miles. 1 Owner purchased from the Motor Home Specialists
#6975 - 2014 Dynamax Corp Isata F Series (TFC310) Luxury Diesel Class C W/2 Slides for Sale for sale in Alvarado TX

The Previous owner traded it in for a Larger Dynamax Unit and I could not resists. These are beautiful units. I purchased it from Colton RV in Niagara Falls NY and drove it home. I did not get really good service support after the sale and then started reaching out to Dynamax for support. The Parts Department was helpful in identifying items but unfortunately, I could not order them direct.
In seeing the post for the DX3 Falling apart, this echoed some of the issues that I have on my unit. (Bedroom Bulkhead that retractable door is located moves when the unit travels from place to place. It does not appear to be anchored at the bottom to anything. I parked in a gravel lot and the unit was infested with mice after being parked a week there. I am very particular and do not tolerate pest of any sort! My unit is no longer parked at that site and I have cleaned the unit thoroughly but am afraid to bring it anywhere now. I have purchased a Thermal Imager and a Bore Scope to help me find the entry points so that I can stop this type of intrusion.
This unit does not have separated compartments that minimized traffic within the unit. They can travel pretty much anywhere once inside.
Brian has been in communication with me regarding certain issues and he is trying to gather much needed documents for me so that I can properly maintain this beautiful rig.
I am hopeful that I will be able ensure that everything is properly maintained and solve the pest intrusion issue.

Thank You Brian for listening and Caring..

Happy New Year

Jakemon, You hit on one of the biggest problems with your coach, the dealer you purchased it from. We have had the same thing from them. What work they did do needed to be adjusted or redone after ward. They fixed the slide out and when we traveled to FL on it first trip it did not work. Several other things required a trip to the factory for repairs and adjustments.

Just wanted to send Kudos and a big Thank You to Brian, Matt and the people at the Dynamax factory. After Brian responded directly to this post, I opted to take my coach to the factory for its service. I cannot begin to say how happy I was with my experience, they are hospitable and friendly, they have hookups for the coach and got me a ride to get a rental car to tool around for a few days while they attended to my issues.
The guys doing warranty service have an eye for detail, were incredibly knowledgeable about the coach and even took care of a couple of "upgrades" that were identified since I'd purchased my coach.
In a phrase "they made things right".
I'm not sure what else you could ask for, Dynamax is not isolating itself from its customers, and hopefully are on to something by being involved in the forum and facing owners concerns head on.

JAKEMON-if you are able to share information learned from your borescope investigation, I would be interested to learn of your findings. Thanks.

Borescope investigation follow up

Hello BLK-9. The Video Bore Scope has proven to be an invaluable tool. It has allowed to make repairs, install the Bathroom hardware (Towel Bar, tissue holder, etc.) without fear of damaging what you cannot see.
The area above the 2 burner stove lacked an outlet for coffee maker and other small appliances like a toaster oven, etc. I ended up removing the microwave convection oven and boring a hole through the adjacent cabinet where the power cord was plugged into. If I did not use the Borescope there would have certainly been damage due to the wires that were located in the wooden panel that the microwave was attached too.

I have not yet made the modifications for keeping out the mice. Perhaps I will post photos of those. I will be using a combination of the Video Borescope and Thermal Imager to isolated the potential areas and shut them out. Also I found a Bronze colored finishing screw that matches the Robertson Screws that are installed in various locations throughout the unit. These are Square/Philips washer headed units but look great since the originals are no longer made.
