2017 vs 2018 Isata 3

I am seriously considering the Isata 3 RW. What are the differences between the two year models?

Thanks,

Scott

It depends on when the 2017 was built, as Dynamax tends to make rolling changes through out the model year. We have a 2017 built in Jan. of this year, and has most, if not all of the changes you will find on the 2018's being built now. The large kitchen window, steering wheel controls, stainless bathroom sink, curved shower curtain (at least on the FW model), dinette cushions. And more options available like 4 point auto leveling, theater seats, couch. Theres probably more, these are just off the top of my head.

^what he said^.

We don't shut down to re-tool like automotive, so we make running changes as supply is exhausted and try to time it so we're out of all the old by time we get to model change. Sometimes that happens right on time, some time sooner. The latest change was from the Sony head unit and TomTom GPS to the XITE system and Rand McNally GPS. That happened right around 18 model cross over.

I appreciate the quick reply. Is there a difference of the CCC on the RW vs the FW?

Thanks,

Scott

RW is slightly heavier...maybe 150-200lbs? Go light on options if you're concerned about CCC.

2 point stabilizers are standard and has some leveling capabilities. Seems like everyone is taking every option under the sun. I suppose you could leave some options at home if weight is a concern (like cocktail table, sofa table)

Its usually just my wife, me and the dog towing a golf cart so I assume the Isata 3 can handle that easily.

Brian, any chance instead of dual individual recliners they will offer a sofa style with the long table similar to the Wayfarer?

Thanks,

Scott

??not sure I follow. We offer a sofa with a long table.

Our sofa would have "leg extensions" but those are not recliners.

Sorry, I missed that. We are pretty much sold on the Isata 3. I cant find one set up like we want so it looks like I will have to find a dealer with a good reputation and order it. There are none close to me so I am open for suggestions from you guys who have already purchased. I am located just north of New Orleans. LA

Thanks,

Scott
