2018 Dynamax Force

Come home Friday afternoon to an inoperable 2018 Dynamax Force 37BH. Front room slide out is stuck in the out position. Spent two hours with the manuals going through the overrides without success. Very Frustrated!

Called dealership I bought from-no service man available.

Called local Forest River dealership (does not sell Dynamax) but has been very helpful in past with service work. No service available.

Called dynamax only to get service managers voice mail and no return call as of yet.

Plant is out this week for vacation shut down. It's always a little dark this week. Let me see if I can get someone down there.

I assume you used this? The front slide and rear slide are different.

We have had some issues where due to low voltage the slide brain triggers a fault. Once that happens, for some reason, the slide brain wipes the stop locations which renders the slide in-op. You have to reprogram the stops.
