Lastly changed out the airhorn, aluminum Kleinn. Chiseled the old horn off, took engine brace out, drilled and bolted new horn on. Extended airline so it was farther from hot engine parts. Way too loud to honk inside, learned the hard way.

Going to trim that tonight, there is about 1/4"-3/8" that rubs a little on the hitch, I want to make sure there is a little bit of a gap there so I don't cause any issues with the cap.

Halla. Any picks of what you did to cover the holes under the slide? That's the entry point for the mice I've been catching. Love the mods, I already ordered that hatch door for the power cord.

Here are the covers I made with the Kaizen foam from Amazon. They fit very snug over the arms for the slide and the smaller square one covers the wire loom that comes out with the slide. They have a 1” piece at the top of the back that goes up over the lip of the body.

They are pretty cheap and primitive but they have done their job for over 3 years now.

I thought about fabric with snaps, but this was easier and more durable I think.

Great weekend, lots of projects done, more pics next weekend. Got two mudflaps on right behind rear wheels. Started my dash transformation, here is a pic of both, new carbon fiber on left, oem on right.

Finished another project last night. I carpeted the Exterior TV compartment, added a swing out arm that is adjustable for glare. I changed the speakers to a Polk Marine speaker and covered all of the holes. We had bugs find their way into the kitchen sink cabinet on the last Force through the holes behind the TV. I really like the way this came out. I have a padded waterproof cover for the TV, sometimes that cabinet can get road spray etc... in there.

That looks amazing. Are you worried about the TV rubbing against the outside door while traveling? Maybe a strap to keep the arm locked in or some foam on the door?

I bought a waterproof TV cover from Amazon for a 32" TV. I added 1/2" foam padding to the inside of the cover. When the lid of the TV cabinet closes it just barely touches the foam. Should be good to go.

I put a strap over mine screwed into the bulkhead. It's one of those adjustable straps like you'd see on a backpack or something. So you can snug it up, snap it and and it doesn't move. Get to where you want to watch TV, unsnap and you a good.

I kept the head unit that came with the HD, its seems decent and has the bluetooth already, may replace it down the road if I have issues, but I dont use the radio that much.

I used a 5.25" Polk DB 522 $60 from Amazon. They are marine rated, fit in the stock hole with no issues. I also added Boom Mat Cups behind the speaker, it will protect the rear of the speakers if anything leaks under the sink and also projects the sound out of the speakers.

Adding boom mats to my dash speakers this week. Using a Kenwood 3 way speaker in the dash, 5.25" also.

Here you go. I had enough to build the storage area under the bed, one shelf behind the bedroom TV, shelf over the sink cabinet, under bathroom sink shelf and one shelf over loveseat.

Lastly used it up on the outside TV cabinet. Bought really good spray adhesive so the heat wouldn’t release it outside.
