Those are the LCI/Lexington seats. They DO swivel. The yellow level releases the seat. Once released pull the seat away from the door then swivel it.

Finally got the National Seating seats installed. Went with these because they drop right into the existing National suspension and the two-tone tan leather is a close match to the existing interior colors. They’re the Admiral CT’s.
