30 FW toad

We have a new Isata 5 30 FW on order and am wondering what are typical toads for actual owners. I would like to use my current full size GMC pickup but wonder if a Canyon sized truck would be better. Thoughts? Thanks

depends on weight. I was going to pull my Super Duty but decided it was too heavy. So bought a JL Wrangler which is the no.1 toad out there. Can your truck or the other one be towed all four down is what you need to check on.

I know there are a couple I5 owners pulling full size pickups. I tow a Jeep Grand Cherokee.

We decided on a Jeep Wrangler Sahara and. Our 30FW tows it up and down the mountain like it's not even back there. We like it. We have a friend who purchased a Chevy Colorado to tow behind their Tiffin. It tows 4 down and I have to say it looks handy to have.

How about a Jeep gladiator, it weighs 4600 or so.

I pulled a 20K lb 5ver with a RAM dually without a problem. It was about 30K Lbs going down the road. Your Cummins engine is very capable, but if you can cut the size of your Toad it would be recommended. The short answer is that you can do it.

I saw one of those on the road a few days ago. I'm so tempted to trade up for one!

For those that like to flat tow a pickup with Jeep capability, I think it’s a great solution. It’s a bit beyond my Isata 3 capabilities, so I’ll stick with a 2 door soft top wrangler

I tow a wrangler and cannot tell its back there. A full size pickup would not be an issue with the 30FW
