37BH Force: Please help identify this water line

Fellow Dynamaxers,

Was looking at the plumbing today underneath the master bed in my 2015 Force 37BH, and can't figure out the function of the blue water line in the attached picture. It disappears behind the fresh water holding tank, and runs over near the water pump. It has a shutoff valve inline with it as well, and is currently closed. Perhaps it is used for winterizing?

drains the fresh water tank

look underneath the motorhome roughly where the hot water tank is. You'll see two lines emerging - one is for the low point drains the other is for the fresh water tank controlled by this valve
