A Shout out to Dynamax customer support

I have just arrived home with my new DX3 and am starting to sort out how everything functions. There has been a few items (mostly dealer setup and operator error) that I needed to address. I have never had the kind of customer support as I have from Dynamax and their people. Kudos to you and I'm looking forward to a great time with my new coach.

So glad to hear it. Sometimes I read a post and it seems like we leave every phone off the hook, take 7 hour lunches and conscript 5 year olds for Quality Control personnel.

I trust that you will experience the same level of support throughout your ownership and if for some reason you do not, please don't hesitate to reach out directly.

Happy. All the other cheesy lines were already used. Sometimes everyone has to realize that answers aren't instantaneous, Dynamax has a lot of customers and they do a great job getting to everyone, but you have to be patient.
