A/V Issues & Questions Force HD

I have a Connexx AVS400BT for the outdoor entertainment area. When using this unit for audio from the TV or Bluetooth, the unit turns itself off after about 5 minutes. I have scoured the manual pretty thoroughly & found no timer feature setting. My dash mount Sony XAV-602BT looks as if someone removed the factory stickers/labeling around the beauty ring/bezel on the face plate with a corrosive solvent or sandpaper. All of the gloss or shine under where the stickers were is rough to the touch. Neither one of these issues were picked up on PDI.

I am also still looking for some info for the location of the HDMI splitter or connection point. I have already removed every grill & false bottom shelf I could find. Instead of asking for a proprietary schematic, maybe I could be put in touch with someone from River Park for all of these above issues.

I have the 50" TV & Fireplace option. It appears wiring to the receptacle & an HDMI cable was bad or forgotten initially (See Pics). Looks as though they took a short cut with my cabling. I have contemplated using some sort of corner moulding to hide it. Pic #3 is from the FR Web site. Also not picked up on PDI, was not noticeable until seated in one of the theater chairs.

A little history here. That fireplace/ent center was designed for the DX3 that has a Samsung system, thus the shelf. When someone ordered it on a Force...we had never really designed for that model, although no excuse on wiring. The Force DVD comes off of the dash head unit and that may have thrown them.

can you post a picture of the bezel? We don't remove any stickers...but I can take a look.

I have an email into River Park on the outside stereo. Our electrician is gone for the day, but I'll get you a splitter location (if there is one) in the AM. Normally they are concealed, but we run an HDMI cable to where the sat would be. Whats in the upper cabinet?

PDI or not, surely our issue on the wiring. When we figure out the rest, I can send you something if you want to hide the wiring.

Thanks for the prompt reply. I will get a picture of the bezel as soon as I can. Maybe a better description would be the clear protection sticker used on the face plates for scratch protection. Its either from that or it was handled with something corrosive on a persons fingers. What would be the odds of getting a small piece of trim that matches my coach to cover that wire? It could either be cut & beveled by your team to fit that opening by you or you could send me a piece long enough to give me two tries to make it work on my own. A large sound bar might also cover it let me know & thanks again!

River Park won't know about the HDMI or wires...but they should be able to answer the radio issue.

The splitter is located behind the TV, however they should be running the main input HDMI cable to a spot where the satellite receiver would be. They thought that was the lower shelf...but it could be the upper shelf behind the door. You would put the receiver there, that HDMI feeds to the splitter that goes to the main, outside and bedroom TV's.

From engineering "37BH w/fireplace the TV is mounted to a plywood sheet that has screws around the outside perimeter. Also on the left side there is a panel that can be removed to get to the splitter. "

Thanks BC, I was wondering how that TV was removed. I will have a picture of the dash radio face later today.

Do I understand you correctly here: one receiver the HDMI connects to, and it feeds a signal to all three TVs-main, bedroom, and outside?
