AquaHot 400D burner will not fire

It has worked perfectly for four months. Electric part is working. Diesel part is not

Symptom. Unit goes thru purge cycle, blower running, after a minute or so burner fails to light and shuts down. Burner light in coach goes off.

1. Fuel tank full
2. Expansion tank full
3. Both high limit thermostats closed
4 No faults on the control panel, all green lights lit and appear normal
5 Found no loose wiring on the control panel, or at the burner control box or any where in there

Does any one have any thoughts?

After pushing on every wire sta kon in and around the burner and all the other places inside, burner has decided to ignite and work. It has worked thru three cycles so far.

That's exactly how it works at home. My wife has a computer problem. Tries all the things I tell her to do normally, finally gives up, calls me in. I walk in the room, she tries it again to show me how its not working and then it works.

I call those kinda things " Gremlins "

did think that one of the sta kons was loose on one the tabs on the hi temp thermostats. All that really matters is that it is " working good " NOW!!!
