Aquahot 400lp burner not igniting
First trip with our new to us 2016 DX3 37BH Woke up this morning to no hot water. Worked perfect last night. Checked the indicator panel next to the unit and no red lights, nothing out of the ordanary. When I flip the switch for the burner everything comes on outside but the burner will not ignite. After a few mins it times out and shuts it's self off. Works fine on the elec side. Any ideas? Also inside the coach at the control panel I have a switch for burner and one for elec and under it I have a small rocker switch that says "water heater/ LP gas, DSI / FLT" what does that switch do?

Make sure to bleed any air from the propane lines then turn the burner off and back on.
Worst case when mine starts acting weird (exhaust blower but no ignition) a power cycle with the coach disconnect has worked things out.
That's where I'd start

Nothing. That switch is a left over from when they used a propane water heater. I also have such a switch and I'm all electric.

How much fuel do you have in your tank? It will not run under around 1/4 tank of fuel.

This is an LP Aqua-hot. Not diesel.

Low level of LP could be a problem, but LP will vaporize to a gas at -44F. Low ambient temperature should not be a problem this time of year.

While I think it is more important to do regular service on the diesel version over the LP, there is no way to know if the original owner had the annual maintenance done.
I would check that first.

LP tank is almost full, outside temp was low of 45 high of 70.. So today I flip the burner switch and it lights right off and runs without issue.. I have done nothing in the last two days to it. Just thought I would flip the switch and shazam..It works again. Any ideas?

Mine acts weird from time to time. Like I said a power cycle and ensuring the lines are full ends up resolving it.
BC - don't think the LP units have annual service from what I've been able to find. Correct me if I'm wrong by all means

I don't know either...that's one of the nice parts on the LP...I'm not sure there is anything to "gunk up".
