Audio and video schematic

I am wondering where I could obtain an audio and video cabling schematic for our 2017 Isata 3 FW.

Thank much
Marinus

Motorhomes may be different, but asking for any schematic for fivers or travel trailers is like asking for the GPS coordinates for the "fountain of youth".

Sorry, just seen your Reply,

I am trying to sort the coax cables out that run from the front to the bedroom TV.
Also, where the RCA cables that are going to the bedroom TV initiate.
In the end, I would like to be able to watch my satellite TV on my connection outside. I will have to convert the signal to coax to do so.

If I get an understanding how the coax and RCA cables are routed I will be able to figure it out.

I did respond to the link mentioned above but haven't gotten any reply back.

Would be nice if you could chime in Brian

Marinus

The Jensen wall mount on has one HDMI output. So the HDMI goes to the front TV and then the RCA cables go from the Jensen to the bedroom TV in case you want to play the DVD player.

As for Coax. You can pull the Winegard TV booster plate to get access to all of the Coax ends and could tone them to be sure...or just trial an error.

Coax goes from the TV antenna to the back of that Winegard plate.
Coax goes from the outside (park cable) to the back of that Winegard plate.
Coax goes from the back of the plate to the front TV.

I seem to think there are only 2 outputs on that one. If there are (3) on that plate then LR, BR, Outside.

If only two outlets. Then LR, BR (which is then split to the outside)

I have also sent an email to that link. That is a corporate response system...but I'm not 100% sure it is routed properly. I guess I'll find out.

Frankly the easiest method might be wireless HDMI. I know a few people have gone that route successfully.

I bet the cable TV input goes to the TV antenna jack first, than goes to other Jack's.

I bet if you check out the output cable on back of antenna switch, you could plug that into tv out on sat system and send signal to other TV's. Might need an output amp though.

We bought our 2017 Isata 3 FW used with an aftermarket Trav'ler installed.
The previous owner had one sat receiver for the front TV and another for the bedroom TV.
So I assume that the coax running to the bedroom TV was used to bring the trav'ler signal to the bedroom receiver.

We don't use a second receiver for the bedroom area.
I like to have the ability to use the front TV receiver signal and bring that to the bedroom TV as well as the outside plug.

Brian's reply will help a lot. I will pull the booster cover and check which coax goes where.
Hopefully that way I am able to come up with something.

Any help or suggestions are always appreciated!

Marinus

On the Forester, we had used a satellite jumper. We do not wire it that way at Dynamax.

I looked behind the winegard switch Brian. There are 3 coax cables hooked up to it and that's it.
I have to do some more stuff when we get home. Not enough tools with me.

We are traveling on the Baja. Lots of people asked about our RV and wanted to have a look at it.
Most of them were leisure van style owners. Just about all of them expressed some regret getting into the smaller setup.
All of them really liked the way ours was set up.
