So, somewhere between here and Annapolis, we lost the left top end cap for our awning. Do I have to call the dealership to get a replacement, or can I order that part through Dynamax? The dealer just fixed that awning, and they are 2+ hours away.

what they sent me was an assortment bag with both plastic replacement sides front and back - so you have some extra pieces but need to store them where I can remember if I ever need them - lol
Brian Clemmons here on the forum had advised me to co tact Matt in service, or the manufacturer, which is Carefree. I looked on the Carefree site, but could not figure out which awning ours was, so will call him on Monday. The part that I think is what we need was around $33, but good to hear that it will likely be covered under warranty. Kim
