That's what I was thinking... it's getting power from the reverse/turning triggers, but something is wrong with the constant power....

Our service appointment is next month so hopefully we'll get camera issue resolved, but discovered today that the camera comes on when the hazards are turned on.

Just to follow-up, our I5 is currently being serviced. Dealer said a wiring issue caused the rear camera not to work in drive and dealer says it has been corrected.

Ok everyone I figured it out. The dealer hooked up the wires incorrectly to the monitor. The bottom line is that the monitor has a blue output that hooks up to a purple reverse wire and a red wire thatís supposed to hook up to the constant 12v. These two wires were switched. They are located directly behind the emergency brake release and are very easy to switch.
