Isata 3 waterleak
I've been trying to locate source of water intrusion this morning and this is what I know.
Water will only come in when braking or coach is going downhill.
It can rain all night with coach sitting and nothing comes in (coach parked with front end going up hill on my driveway)
Turned coach around this morning, no water came in.
Sprayed back of coach and rear slide with coach going down hill in my driveway with garden hose. After about 10 minutes with hose off water started coming in from strip of angle aluminum on bottom right (pass. Side) front corner of slide. Walls and roof of slide are dry. Appears water is running out of wall sandwich itself. No idea how it's getting in there.

OK..the fact that it only comes in when you are braking or downhill, tells me it is getting into a framing tube. I might leak out the outside when up hill.
The likely culprit is the trim around exterior of the slide OR there the slide is mitered. There may be the end of a tube there. They put a corner seal on BEFORE the slide fascia goes on...but if they cut that too short, or it falls into the open tube it gives you a path from the gap at the mitered corner into an open tube. That tube can fill up (so takes time) before it finds a path out.
Could also be a screw in the aluminum angle that covers the slide corners is not seated properly and water is getting in there. In any event...I would say its the trim around the slide on the outside.

Water leak
Can you fix it there? Dealer here won't look at it until the end of October. Brian Meeks is looking into it as well. I can come to Elkhart any time. Trying to avoid mold issues that I've had with another coach.

We sure can. having said that...we are also shut down for about two weeks with a dealer show. That is the 13th-27th. I'll go right now and see what our schedule looks like and then you can email Brian Meeks directly (so I'm not in the middle).

We are OK I think. Call or email Brian Meeks...if you can get it here before Sept 8th we can probably squeeze it in. It's really just sealing a few points. Mainly the miter at the top of the slide fascia, or possible the top of the slide system on the main wall. But from where it is coming out I would guess its getting into the tube. On the bright side..its aluminum and fiberglass....the potential for mold is greatly reduced.
If not before...then it would have to be after Sept. 28th.

Well...I also just found out, that during our show shut down, Charger Enterprises (A service facility across the street from us) would let us borrow a bay for quick stuff. I don't want to wear out our welcome...but they're a good service location that we often send work to if we're booked or if its out of warranty. Very good people there...in this instance we would handle the work, but if you ever need anything custom done, the do good work and we always expedite them parts.
