Brand New Member, please help!

Just purchased new 2017 Dynamax Isata 3. Down sizing from our class A. It's only been in the driveway two days. We have lots of concerns, contacting dealer's service department tomorrow. Water leak under bed, the floor and dinette insert stored there all wet. Gaping space under mattress where bed slides in and out. Good place for rodent, insects, spiders, and snakes to enter unit while slide is extended. Black rubber coming off under one of the rollers on the slide. The long rear access door on driver's side seems to be too long and heavy for the hinge. Bottom of door damaged from hitting screw in door frame and paint has been damaged. Does Dynamax have a fix for the space under the bed or the rear access door? Anyone else with these problems and how was it corrected. These are just a few of the issues found.

Water leak under the bed..tough to say without seeing it. Sometimes during washing if you push water directly on the seals water can get in. It's not meant for direct hose water, just rain.

Not sure what you mean about gaping space under the mattress...the slide out seals should take care of most of the void. Picture?

The black rubber coming off on one of the rollers does concern me. Early iterations, the rubber can get caught on the "roller guard"...the roller has a metal guard towards the inside of the motorhome to keep the rubber away from the roller. In some circumstances I have seen the rubber get caught in that guard...if it rides up and over that guard it can damage the roller. Have that looked at as soon as you can and we can replace that roller with one where the guard is angled away from the roller. Most of the time it is not an issue...but where it is, it should be addressed asap. Shoot me your VIN and your dealer...we can try and get something rolling as soon as possible.

I too had a leak under the bed, had to remove the bed cover (8 screws) and inspect the water control valve. Mine was dry, and I think it was from rinsing/washing the exterior.

I also have a roller tearing up rubber on my slide - it is the rear roller on the main section. Is yours a 2017 as well?
