Can't get a call back on parts !

I have trying now for three days to get a call back on a tail light lens. I notice mine was cracked and I waned to replace it before I it the road again. I have left messages phone numbers even had the operator try to find someone in parts to help me. I will call them again tomorrow and see of its my lucky day.

First of all I love my new RockWood 2440WS 5th wheel but it took me well over 8 weeks to get a build error ceiling exhaust fan replacement out of their parts division. The only way I was able to get a resolve was to climb the ladder "let me talk to your supervisor" method. Good Luck.
