Check the obvious.

We have had no ice from our ice maker in our DX3 since we purchased in November 2018. Ive read many posts about the water pipe not being connected and assumed it would require fridge removal. It as not been a priority and did not think I would gain anything from asking on the forum. I was speaking to Joe (Joet19711) this morning and told him of my issue. He immediately asked if I was aware of the on / off tap behind the Kitchen drawers. Went to MH this afternoon and sure enough my tap was off.
From now on Iím going to raise any issues on the forum just in case, thereís always someone can help. Thanks Joe!!

Bob

Joe was a savior for us after we got our DX3. We both have the 37BH, he had his longer and is also quite knowledgeable. Helped us many times. Mutual admiration club here for Joe

I found my problem with the ice maker in my 37TS to be a shut off valve hidden behind the wooden grill below the fridge. Remove 4 screws, pull the grill and there it was. Before that I had hunted all over the rig looking for a shut off valve until I read a post on this board that told me where to look. Lord, I love this forum.

If its any consolation, I instructed the purchasing group about month ago to get two stickers made. One for the ice maker shut off and one for the Macerator switch. Silly not to have labels on those.

Although now, I feel like maybe I should leave them off. It seems like a team building exercise
