During the checkout, the new owner says to the tech, “I’ve had 3 other RVs, so we can skip the A/C, besides it’s starting to snow.” So they skipped all the helpful information the tech had locked in his head and hurried through the rest of the checkout. On the road south bound, with snow flurries flowing over their shiny new Isata 3, they talked about how nice it will be to need the air-conditioning.
Fast forward to 4th of July weekend. DW says: “Honey, why is it so warm in here? Is the air-conditioning working?” The man nods toward the A/C unit, gives the ole shoulder shrug indicating that the always culpable “they” had certainly messed up.
But as a last resort, he decided to look in the handy flash drive Dynamax had provided. “It says here you’re supposed to clean the filter, where’s the filter?” While replacing the cleaned filter the man discovers an adjustable slide that allows icy blizzard force winds into the MH.
3 hours later: “Honey, it’s really cold in here, is the air-conditioning working right?”
The man says, “Hmmm”
