DX3 Door Lock Flacky

My door lock fails to unlock without the key. I can hear a faint click when using the keypad or remote, but doesn't unlock. Locks OK.
Anybody have any suggestions? Suspect it is in the lock itself.

Ours did that, faulty key pad solenoid driver, Dynamax shipped us a replacement, I changed it out & all works now.

Mine does the same thing although I have a 2018 Isata 5. I am 99% sure it is the keyless lock system. Poplock. I have asked that my dealer send me one.

Our push button locking mechanism didn't work. It only clicked. I called the lock company and they shipped me a new one for $110. All fixed. The batteries in the old one corroded taking out part of the PC board. They also said to use only energizer batteries.
