DX3 radio problems....

In the last 3 months my radio craped out twice......anyone else having radio problems?

Our radio shuts off periodically and looses the gps setting, but that's ok because we are buying a garmin 785 DEZL for trucks with dash cam. Also the radio does not have a CD player as shown in the owners manual. What's your problem like and how did you solve it?

Ok. Well, I guess let me try to be more specific. What brand radio does your coach have in the dash?

The first radio would just constantly stir off and reset itself.....then it just stopped working.....new radio installed....2 weeks later....2nd radio would get squiggling lines all over screen..then shut down... did that for a hour or so on our last trip.....then blank screen, won’t turn on

I know there was an issue with the GPS cards being corrupted. That was causing them to shut down...act erratically. Also when you tried to push a button, it might beep, but nothing happened. When they replaced the radio, did they give you a new card? Or did you use the old one?

I am having the same issues. I don’t use the gps so my question is can I just remove the card and leave it out ????

yes. If that is in fact the issue, I think I posted a while back the number for River Park, they were sending new cards. We haven't used that radio for over a year though....we changed over to the Kenwood.

For what it’s worth, I am having a similar problem with my 2018 Isata 3 radio.

This post was made back in 2017....so I'm not sure what their policy is now. I know they came with lifetime map updates. I don't think that included an extra card, just the download....but worth a shot.

It’s the old card....getting new radio tomorrow....will take out GPS card and see what happens
