Dynamax isata 3 cargo space drain blockage

HELLO,
Dynamax ISATA 3 FW - 2016
This is newbie in California Mountains outside of San Diego. We just had our first big snow, went out to the New for us 2016 Isata, we did winterize the plumbing. ***But ....the street side cargo space, the big ONE with the drain is filled with water, like a tub. How do you unblock the drain in the bottom?
I am also puzzled how it filled with water? but first I just want to open that drain, or unblock it.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you, Elisa

It’s a drain plug you have to pull to get it to drain. It sure if it screws in or just pulls out with friction fit.

Check to see if the seal on the inside of the door is missing? Don’t know how you could get that much moisture inside if it’s just sitting. I usually see some water (very little), when driving through heavy rain.

Was the rubber seal in place? I don’t see how that much water could get in unless the seal was missing?
