The sewer master has a check valve on the water supply...although they do say to use its own hose (non-dirking water).

I use the sewer solution, water jet. No issues with fresh water, It has a good backflow right on the unit. I bought a gray water hose just for the unit. Has been great for two years, no problems and easy to store.

Rev 24RB replacement bed
Brian- just bought the 2016 Rev 24RB- family loves it. Not so much the hard bed. Looks like Dynamax went with gel bed after ours was manufactured. How can I get a replacement?

That has a standard queen. Not sure of the depth you have though. 8, 10, 12"?

Nice. How thick of a mattress can it hold?

It can hold however thick a mattress you want. The trade off is...the thicker the mattress, the less headroom you have when you raise the bed to the ceiling.

Makes sense. What's the actual depth of the box the mattress sits in?

The box might be 6-8", but it is a sprung system. There are wood slats, bowed in that box that the mattress sits on top of.

Pretty sure they came with a 4" foam mattress so 2" topper added or take that out and put a 4,5 or 6" quality gel or memory foam will work great

Dont know how i missed this - but as soon as I get back down south - I will take a couple more pics . But basically just cut 90 off and used a rubber coupler to turn to side , and go straight out through frame.

I'm in Daytona now I like the change you made to the sewer. I have been looking at a way to raise the cable and valve lever so it is level and not so apt to be damaged when I pull through a dip. I will be looing forward to you pictures. Thanks

I kept it very simple but no problems since. just cut off the 90 that was pointed down about half way through the glued area ( where it is glued together ) , so the round heavy rubber piece from home depot would clamp down tight waterproof. that rubber needs to be put in boiling water first to make it pliable to fit over the extra circumference . The a new street elbow pointed to the side wall - find where the new pipe will extend through metal and cut , and ad the new part with cap , Found that part online at amazon. thought I would also need to raise the cable and valve but haven't had any more problems besides the two angle irons below back bumper hitting a few times .

Thanks for the photo it is a nice job. I'm not sure where you cut the 45 did you leave a ring from the 45 to make a better seal?

Jim,
What year is your REV?
I was thinking of doing this mod on my 2017 but After driving about 3,000 miles so far I have not had a problem other than an occasional scrape of the "drag" bars. (I can't think of their proper name)
If you have an earlier model then you might have to do the sewer pipe mod.
I hope this message does not jinx me.
Bobby
