We have the coach plugged into shore power but it does not seem to be charging the house batteries. They charge a little bit, but not enough to turn on generator. We turn off the switch behind driver seat for the engine batteries. Anyone had this problem? What should we check first? Inverter/charger? Fuse? Thanks

check voltage at house battery's with unit plugged in
check voltage at house batterys with unit unplugged
should see a significant difference in voltage. If not converter is not charging. If so then test battery's. You must isolate the two battery's to test by disconnecting them from each other. While doing this test, clean battery terminals. Also if battery's are not sealed check water levels and fill if necessary.
you should know at this point where your problem lies.
