Has anyone had any experience with Preferred?
Your finance guy is a liar . it's a waste of money but he will make an extra $$ for selling a worthless piece of paper to you. They are always looking for a preferred person to fall for this garbage

Don't buy the warranty. Most of the stuff in your trailer you can fix. Most expensive thing to break is your fridge. The fridge warranty is probably a year or two from that mfg. exclusive of the trailer mfg warranty. Most components are covered by whomever built them. Like your furnace and battery charger and such. Buy the trailer use it and test everything and get all you can fixed the first year and put your savings from not buying that warranty in the bank. Or in your gas tank...

I think they're asking because this thread is in the Motorhome section's Dynamax sub-forum.

As a suggestion, scroll up and you should see the thread location.
At least on the full website or the Android green app/Tapatalk.
I always check the thread location BEFORE posting to it.

We just bought a 2019 Rockwood Signature 5er. Based on many good reviews on this and other forums, we opted to purchase a 5 year "Ultimate" XtraRide Extended Warranty for CAD$1653. Its transferable and refundable if you don't use it. They have plans for MHs and towables, new and used. I made sure that the fine print doesn't say you need to do regular service at the dealer and that the exceptions list isn't long.
