Factory Warranty Contact
Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere. I searched first, honest.
I have a 2020 ISATA 4 31DS, which I love. But I have some warranty items.
I have already scheduled with the dealer where I purchased the coach for an initial meeting with their tech to review the items. It's two month's out.
There are quite a few smaller items I know I can fix myself (drawer slides, dead bolt on the door, bathroom paneling loose, etc.)
I asked the dealer what would be the potential impact to my warranty if I fixed the items and their response was "Ask Dynamax." No problem. I called the factory, asked to talk to someone about warranty items, was sent to that department, got their voicemail and left the requested information, including my name, the VIN of the rig, and my phone number.
I never got a call back. I've done this 4 times over the last month with the same result.
What do I do next? The dealer says my list is too long for a single visit. I would rather they concentrate on the few larger items (oven pilot won't stay lit, dash power outlets don't work, etc.) than make multiple trips over the course of many months for a bunch of little things.
