fault f1 red light not switching to inverter in charge

On controll panel where it switches from ac in charge to inverter on I'm getting a f1 fault I'm now plugged in at home with shore power but could not get inverter in charge for ride home any help would be great it says ac output under voltage thank you

What is the battery voltage when NOT plugged in and on GEN off?
