FINALLY got our Isata 5

We finally got our Isata 5 36 DS today 😄

Ordered it last November and hoped to have it in time for the Anchors Down rally. Unfortunately fate intervened, about 150 miles from the Dynamax factory the Cummins decided to break a valve spring and wrecked the #5 cylinder 😡

It spent several weeks at a Ram dealer in jeffersonville Indiana getting a replacement engine installed. We happened to be in Kentucky visiting relatives last week so we went to the dealer to have a look. We ended up seeing the new engine starting for the first time.

Very frustrating I’m sure but pretty cool to get to see the fix in person and what I’m assuming is the aftermath of the problem.

Now to get onto the fun part!

Beautiful rig. You'll love it. Like me you'll be busy giving tours at all the RV parks. Just finished with tour # 5 for the day.

Not counting the normal tours at the rally...our neighbor had just bought a Four Winds Hurricane and had RV envy. He saw all the people coming over and asked if he could get a tour as well.

I’m sitting between a Country Coach and a brand new Dutch Star and they all wanna c the Dynamax. 👍

Glad it finally arrive as well...sad that we were not able to get it there in time for the Rally. That just means we have to have another one.
