First day 2017 -no water pump ?

The new REV 24RB has no water pump activity or noise ?

The EXTERIOR shower compartments system check monitor LEDs is also out

Can not see in any manual where pump is located?

Perhaps a fuse check ?

Where is pump/ext control center fuse? Not listed on fuse panel cover diagram

Is the pump protected only with an In-line fuse ?

Sorry to bother you so soon, be neat to use the facilities if I can fix this

I consulted, the usb manual, folder of papers, app download, on line as well…..no info for pump location or fuse to check…,

I'm not even sure what kind of a rig you have let alone what a REV is.

My shower compartment doesn't have LEDs so not sure what we're chasing here either.

Love to help but we need more detail.....and pictures work better.

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get help. With that said you may have better luck getting an answer if you tell the forum what type of rig you have and the year model. Lastly if you figure out what is causing the problem please let the forum know what you found.

He stated he has a 2017 REV. It is a Dynamax. Here's a link: Rev Motorhomes by Dynamax RV

There ya go.

I thought he was reporting a problem with his first day out with a new 2017 something.

I was not aware of the models of that line of RVs.

And the LED issue....is that just LED lighting or LED status lights he is reporting as out?

Sounds like you need to go back to your dealer and get more information. While you are there you may want to find out how to winterize since they probably didn't show you that either. Maybe B Clemens will show up on the forum, he works for Dynamax and is usually monitoring this forum.

Water pump

You did not state whether you turned the water pump on at the master control panel and whether there was water in the holding tank.....

H2O pump

I have a 2016 REV RB. My h2o pump is under the shower pan, accessed by removing the panel in the bathroom beneath the shower door.

Welcome to the forum.Did you do a PDI or walk through with the dealer? Should have been full of water to make sure all is working well along with other operations of TV/stereo/fridge/ect.

2017 REV

Congrats on your new REV. We looked at a 2016 REV very nice rv. I will confirm the h2o pump is under the shower pan and accesible through a panel. Not sure why its not working though.

The second time I took my TT out I didn't have any action from the water pump when I flipped the switch. Fusing checked okay so I accessed the pump (under the bathroom sink in my trailer). Was going to check for input voltage at the pump and when I moved some of the power wires the pump activated. Discovered the 12vdc wire was loosely connected and pushed it back onto the terminal spade. It's been working flawlessly ever since then.

Sometimes (well, probably all the time) the factory folks get a little hurried and don't take the time to do it right.

Does the water pump light on the monitor panel light up, is the winterizing valve in the flowthrough position, is there water in the tank, can you hear the pump? Are other 12v sytems working? Check all the 12 v fuse to be inserted fully. You on shore power or running only on battery? All questions to run down.

I'm sorry to hear about your problem with the water pump. If the dealer cannot help figure out what is going on, our service department may be able to help troubleshoot the issue. Our number is 888-295-7859, ask for the service department.

Do what he said.

If that doesn't work I believe the fuse box is directly below the control panel, just above the steps, on your right.

There is a rocker switch for the water pump on the main control pane next to the entry door. That switch must be on to draw water from your fresh tank when not hooked up to city water.
