Force get a ladder?

Ok, so getting conflicting reports here so just looking to clarify. Dealer said when we initially looked at the Force that it came with a ladder for the front bunk (above driver cab). Then after we took delivery, they again said, yes, its should have one that was not installed and they would order it for us. Now two months later, they're telling us it never came with one from the factory. Did anyone get a ladder for theirs? I want one cause my kids love getting up there and am afraid they're going to tear up the couch arm they're using as a step right now...

Parts sent us one after we got home. It was really strong enough to hold an adult and the rungs hurt your feet. Bought a really thin and light aluminum folding ladder on amazon. Has wide feet that are nice to step one.

We didn't get one with our Leprechaun and later found out it was supposed to be included in the package we got. When I asked the salesman on walkthrough he said (you're gonna love this one) "They no longer give ladders as a SAFETY issue and to climb up the back of the dinette bench". SMH! I despise RV dealers!

Apparently, there is not a ladder available which is long enough. Matt tried to get a properly sized ladder for us at the rally and said that y'all don't have one.

We did ask for, and received a ladder from the dealer but it is so short I had to make a wooden step for it to rest on.

If you figure out how to get a correct sized ladder, we would like one too.
