Force HD water leak under the bed ?
We took our new Force Hd out for the first time this weekend and noticed on the second morning the carpet was wet at the bed frame near the washer/drier area. I pulled up the bed and it appears most wet between what I think is the hot water heater and the water pump. I watched for drips, but I still haven't seen any.
Does anyone have any tips to pin point the leak?
I haven't unhooked the ac air ducts yet, but that is my next step.
Also an fyi, the grey water tank sensor was not working and we let the tank fill to the point of water standing in the show tub. Is it possible that could back up and leak by the water pump?
Thanks for any advise in advance.
Scott

Did you check with the water pump running or just static?

Yes I checked with it running and didn't see or feel any leaks.
I also turned pump off and on a few times to see if it leaked when priming.
I did get almost one turn on the 90 degree fitting at the front of the pump. Maybe that was it?
It seems to be most wet by the pump.

Mine was wet in the same place. Found a leak under the bathroom counter where the washer hoses connect to the supply lines. Mine was on a 37 BH.

Discover similar leak in mine but to the extent you describe
Occurs when the pressure valve on the hot eat tank was opened and air / water gushed against the tank panel. i suspect the gaskets for the reset switch was leaking so I siliconed the hell out of it and so far so good
Here is an example of what I saw (Upside down)

We first noticed ours when we woke up up and the carpet was wet from the washer/dryer cabinet all the way across the bedroom to the opposite side. My bathroom never had a drop of water in it.
Our leak wasn't even near where it was wet but water travels in odd ways sometimes.

Just an FYI...we did have an issue with the brass valve that goes INTO the water heater. It was a cast part. If you did not tighten it enough, it would leak. If you tightened it too much, it would crack at the elbow. Might not see a drip as it would run down the water heater. It would be RIGHT behind that vertical wood piece. We have since changed to plastic...because even if it passed testing here, it could go down the road and crack. So much for metal being better than plastic. It was a very irritating process.

Thank you for the info. I left a fan on it overnight and it was still pretty wet this morning.
I drained the water tank and will dry everything, then check the above items. Thanks again.

I would also get a dehumidifier and put it in the trailer to help get the moisture out of the carpet and wood.

I don't see a valve. Would it be either brass fitting for hot/cold lines?

As a thought ...
You got 90degs of turn ....
Check to see that the hose clamp holding the line from the fresh tank to the fitting you rotated is actually tight
Rotation of the fitting with hose clamp tight should make the line twist and kink . but if it was loose it will just rotate freely and leak

It's not a valve...its the brass fittings that go directly into the tank. It's a cast piece and it cracks right at the 90.
Looks like there was water right there at the hot water line.
But your picture is exactly the parts I was talking about. Very finicky.

Update. Carpet is dry and after about 3 hours I feel a wet spot and eventually see a drip from the bottom of this clear plastic housing. The cap does not move. Any suggestions? It looks like the hose is crimped to the far side fitting??

If I see that correctly, that is the screen housing for the water pump. It unscrews from the bottom, like a water filter. Could be loose...maybe the gasket is not seated properly. That screens large sediment before it can get to the pump.

How does to top part of the bed come off? It feels like there is more holding this down than just the hinge bolts.
That bowl is impossible to get to from inside the bed or under the washer-drier.
