Freightliner Mudflaps Installed

Got these installed prior to our trip to Maine last week. Had to do a little customizing to mount them, but it was worth it IMO.

Those are nice. I installed one of the full length RV mudflaps. I need one that hangs lower when the RV is at ride height. My car and/or trailer still gets pretty dirty when the roads are wet, not to mention the back of the RV.

We got the Dynamax one. Like the way it looks and after 5000mi trip out west worked pretty good

I was thinking of getting a rock guard as well to protect our toads.

Has anyone noticed that the compartments just behind the rear duallies get road dirt collecting in them? This is why I installed the wider (24") mud flaps. The original ones seem like an afterthought...not even as wide as the duallies.

I spent some time caulking the bins behind the wheels, where the plastic meets the metal there are gaps. Cut out 80% of the dust.

I put one on as well. I got mine from Dynamax Parts and Service. Travis and CJ
