Fuses for Cigarette Lighter & USB Jacks on Dash

Just took delivery of a DX3 RB. Going thru all the systems checks and for most part only a couple of minor issues so far. However, my cig lighter and adjacent USB ports on dash not working.

Checked past related post about fuses forward the battery bay but they ohmed ok as did all other fuses for Freightliner engine compartment. House fuses in kitchen are ok.

Can anyone tell me where the cigarette lighter and the dash USB ports are fused?

On my older M2 chassis the bulkhead module controls the cig lighter electronically....no fuse dedicated to it.

Ok, just to close this out. Coolbaldguy had it right! I spoke to Freightliner and they confirmed that the Bulk Head Module (BHM) controls power to these ports and there is not a fuse dedicated to it. Documentation from FL said if there is not power present it is because BHM detected a short—likely from some dash configuration work done at factory (?). Not sure if something is consistently grounded or just got momentarily grounded during build and caused the power off condition. I suppose I will take the dash off and check it out.

On my M2 chassis there is a fuse box just above the driver side front fender. Have a look and see if one of the fuses popped. Mine went when my 5 year old daughter was playing and "fixing" the socket with a screwdriver while I was working elsewhere. I think it was a micro ATX fuse which was replaced with the spares included for the coach.

Ok, this is resolved. It was the 12v wire pushed out/not seated all the way in the connector plug that fed the USB/cigarlighter ports.

Whew, Glad it was not the result of a short!
