letsgorving, Derek my electrical engineer will be calling shortly. I did get a primer this morning.

With NO power to shore or gen. You should be able to freely push the blue switch DOWN. (one at a time). That tells you the coil is not melted. There may be temporary hope.

Just an FYI, everyone assumes something broke, when in fact the transfer switch offers surge protection, so it did, exactly what it was supposed to do, protect the coach electronics from severe damage by cutting off power. Unfortunately, those are not resettable...so it has to be replaced.

They can call back, but they're not going to be able to do anything. The transfer switch apparently saw a surge and it took out the board. The only way now is to replace it or manually latch the gen side to get you through this trip.

If you look at the "before you call" guide there is a number for TRC...no one here seems to think latching the thing manually for the gen should be an issue, but I would rather you that come from TRC tech support. 800-780-4324

Hey me too Steve32409! So what happened is we bought a multimeter, Derek the engineer from Dynamax spent alot of time over the phone walking us through checking voltage from the generator. Apparently it's the generator, loose wires possibly. We cannot drop it and fix that. Dynamax has been trying to get Onan to contact us for repair, no response, we are traveling from yellowstone back to Maryland with no A/C in coach except for in the cab. Dynamax is having a tech meet us at the factory today(saturday) on our way home to fix our gen. Will update after our stop.

We switched to direct contact since they had immediate needs. We'll post results and what to look for as soon as we resolve.
