Read this whole thread maybe there will be some idea to help. My dealer is going to replace the GFCI 20amp circuit breaker to see if that is the problem. Mine only trips if I turn on the 12 volt master switch off, then on and then bring on the generator. My theory is that the generator is putting out a surge on the line when it comes up and that trips the circuit breaker. We'll see. I'll report the results of the test.
Maybe you have a Neutral shorted out?
