WFO9 - I'm not sure what you define as home-like or which one you looked at, but I would say the DX3's all have a homelike feel, even more so than the Force/Force HD's.

Our DX3 36FK, we did get the all electric package along with the theater seats (instead of a sofa) , the washer/dryer & cab-over options. These all have made the coach very comfortable to live in on the road.

To us, being able to order it the way we wanted it, makes it feel more homelike since we got everything that was on our requirement list.

We have enjoyed the coach quite a bit on the 2 trips longer we've taken. The front TV with the cab-over is the only item that gets used to. We've found running the TV as far out as it is allowed, makes it easiest to see the TV from most of the viewing positions with the bed insert over the cab in place.

Awning on the DX3 is integrated into the roofline vs wall mounted and has a self retractable sensor

Overall construction is the same.

I think thats mostly it. As you see they're pretty darn close. Its either A. not worth the extra money for the little stuff or B. when I'm spending this much whats another 30k.

For me after owning one the Aqua hot is a must have (which is like 10k of the 30k itself I'd bet)
Three deal breakers for me. Aqua-hot, AGS and all-electric. I don't know but if the 2019 Force is all electric, that might make a difference but those were all deal breakers for me.

It's interesting. What is a deal breaker for some is a deal maker for others.

Guess that why they make so many options... trying to keep everyone 😃

I despise dealing with gas (propane), I love being all electric and if it had been gas, I’m not sure I would have bought my DX3.

Here I am trying to write a novel explaining it eloquently...but then it all gets summed up in two, simple posts.

You need to write a book called "The sighs of Brian".

Lurking and Looking for DX3 37TS Comments

We sold our 2015 40' Newmar Canyon Star 3953 last January with the thought that our next coach will be a DX3. We are working with Bill Crist RV in Mesa AZ to whom we sold our Canyon Star.

Previously we had a Class A 40' HR DP Endeavour, and Class C 32' Born Free President (the prototype, then exchanged for a production model).

We like the DX3 37TS floorplan with the theater seat and credenza with fireplace options. All electric is ideal for our typical road trip, now a few weeks at a time, and long-term spending summers in the BC mountains instead of Phoenix.

Two questions at this point about customization if we order a new unit:

1. can valances be custom-made out of wood instead of fabric?

2. is a heated floor an option with the aqua-hot water system?

Thanks in advance. We're all in this together!

Congratulations on your choice of the 37TS. Ours is optioned just like your interests. Don't have a clue about your ordering options. The floor can feel cold in freezing temperatures. I just keep some slippers handy. The interior warms up quickly with the fireplace and the diesel Aquahot.

Congrats on looking at the 37TS! We bought ours off dealer inventory configured similar to your wishes. We have gas range and lp aqua hot system. Do have the entertainment/fireplace. Coach came with the trifold couch ( it is terrible seating). We replaced with and aftermarket loveseat recliner from Lambright Furniture.

1. maybe but most likely will need to be aftermarket from a custom mill shop.

2. That would be a great option because the floor requires slippers when it is cold outside. We use two roll up carpet runners in cold weather. The coach warms up quickly with the aqua hot just the floor is chilly.

The tv entertainment console with fireplace is great!

1. we do not offer that at this time. Though it could be done custom.
2. it is not. We used to have heated floors, but seemed to have lots of troubles with breakers/etc. Not sure why as this was before my time. We are looking at some other heated floor options out of europe right now. You can put screws in it and it will still heat at a much lower draw.

Here is what we have right now...It may not be 100% accurate as we are finalizing some 2020 changes. Pretty close though.

I also attached a training guide that Jared Graber the midwest rep put together.

hmmm....maybe like the difference between a 'Super C', and a 'Fred' ?

the 'Super C' being more like a typical 'cab over bunk' look/style,
while the 'Fred' is more like a semi-truck design...

The training manual is great. I have a 19 DX3 on order. What model head unit are in the 19s right now? Do they have integrated Sirius satellite or do I need to add a separate tuner?

They do have a Sirius tuner and antenna. The head unit is the same Kenwood as the 2020, just a version older.
