If you thought our 5 Series jacks were low...
I had the opportunity to tour another product that will rename, nameless.
I did not put a tape on them...but I would guess 5-6" clearance.
Also, on the cab area, they did not cut the roof out. So, in addition to being a very shallow bed space, there is almost no way to crawl from cab to living quarters. Super tight and instead of a carpeted transition, it was a hard plastic. 4x4 was not "on-the-fly" so there is also a shifter to try and get around. I'm still a young 45 and in decent shape...I'm not sure I could make that transition.
lastly, every compartment was wet. I hear all the time about how good their stuff is, I wanted to see for myself. Maybe people just look at different things than me.
A couple things I see were copied off of our stuff, that we dropped for 2019MY because they did not perform the way we wanted.
One or two things I found interesting and quite a few things I would get absolutely blasted for if we built them that way.

The cabinets look like the Thor Super C I had in 2014, the cabinets were always wet inside.

I was going to guess the new Renegade, but didnt want to go there. LOL.
Looks like they learned a few things from Thor. The hinges on the compartments look weak too, the ones on ours have multiple bolts and are sturdy.
How did those doors feel?

meh...I didn't spend a lot of time testing things...just an eye test. I don't want to post the really bad/hokey things, because they might read this and change them. I don't want to do their work for them.

I 5 jacks 2019 30fw
Mr Clemons,
I do believe our jacks were low, but i've raised them about an inch plus, and, they still drug going over speed bumps at south beach park in or. if necessary, i can raise them further. i've also added casters on the hitch.
How much throw (extension) do the jacks have?
respectfully,
Dick Skeers

not sure exactly...but we have had Equlizer in to discuss moving them up if we can. Not sure if they would alter the throw or not.

If you get the information of how much we can raise the jacks, and or distance of bottom of jack to ground, allowable, it would be great to know for those of us who would like to raises them. Thanks Brian

This wouldn't be a field fix. The jacks would need to be moved back, to move them up.

I thought there are other mounting holes above the current ones being use. (Isata 5DB, 2017). I thought we could raise to the higher holes. If so, how high?

Will that discussion offer me any relief? I’m coming into your place on Monday.

Assuming you have nothing in the way (like the fuel line BC mentioned) I would think it would be a function of the total travel of the jack where its mounted i.e. if total cylinder movement is 12" and the jack when stowed is 6" off of the ground, you would have 6" of usable travel. If you raise the jack 2" then you would only have 4" of usable travel. If the sites you camp at are never more than 4" out of level, from one end to the other, you would probably be OK. But if you end up in a site where it is more out of level than that, or there is a pothole under 1 jack you cant avoid, you may run out of travel. You can always carry 4x4 wood blocks with you too to allow you to compensate for those situations.

My front jacks are fine, but my rear are only 5" off the pavement. I want to raise them so they are a little above the lowest thing hanging down underneath the chassis. There is plenty of room to raise them with bolt holes but my fuel tank fill pipe rests on top of the drivers side jack. I'll have to move that jack farther aft so I can raise it up. Will have to grind off the mounting plate and reweld it. Or I might figure out a way to reroute the fill pipe and leave it where it is and raise it. I'm on a trip now and can't do much of anything with it.
