Inverter and Allison 3200

I have a 2018 DX3 36FH. Does the inverter have to be enabled for the house batteries to be charged when on shore power? Does the Cascading need to be enabled as well? On several occasions after 2 minutes of idling with trans in neutral I could not get the trans in gear, had to shut engine off and restart, then it worked. Anyone know why and how to fix. (there are no codes shown in trans indicator).

on the FSW3012 set up you should have this
Inverter= enabled
Search mode = disabled
Charger = enabled
Desired mode = operating

Some one just posted something on the allusion not going into gear
it was a wiring connector issue
