Isata 3 awning cover?

Does the Isata 3 come with an awning cover similar to a Alumaguard awning cover?

It is difficult to tell from the pictures if the cover is protected. If it does, great. If it doesn’t, please tell me a good reason why it doesn’t.

It doesn’t because of the added weight.

A good reason is that the Carefee Latitude awning is not available with an aluminum guard.

This awning is a two stage awning with no vertical arms. It is lighter than a traditional "vertical arm awning" which is why many other builders have now copied our use of it on lightweight vehicles. It is available with a flex guard cover, which we are looking at.

Dave33, we had the same question, but this awning is so much nicer than the one we had on our class A that did have a cover. The armless feature is super, you'll like it!
