Will there be a Isata 3 with theater seating in Hershey, Pa in Sept? or any dealer in the NJ, Pa area? we'd like to check it out as well.

Not sure if we will have a 3 with theater, I have asked the rep that covers that territory to let me know. However, its not just the 3 series. If you can find a DX3 or Dynaquest XL...we put the same theater seats in there as well.

There will be a 24RW and 24FW Isata at the hershey show. In addition, the plan is for a 37RB DX3 with the theater seats. Again, same seats that would come in the 3 series if you're just trying to gauge comfort.

Brian-
I went in search of a theater seat pic on one of the other models you specified and found this on a 2017 37BH DX3. Could not find the theater seats pictured on a 37RB. These look a bit different from page 2. Which ones would we would find on the Isata 3? Thanks.

We only use one style. Just differing widths.

Lots of problems with new isata 3

Just saw this thread and wanted to comment on my family's experience with our new 2017 isata 3 as it ties into your question regarding quality versus the Winnebago. We've owned two trouble-free Winnebagos. We traded a Winnebago Travato in on the isata 3 and have had nothing but trouble. The shower floor leaks causing water to spill all over the bathroom floor, the water pump also leaks (separate leaks), the on demand hot water heater is either scalding or non functional freezing, the grey and black water cable sheaths melted on the generator exhaust rendering them non functional and preventing us from dumping without crawling under the RV so I can hold the cables together while my wife pulls the cable handle, one wall in the bathroom is detaching from the material under it and starting to bow( we use the exhaust fans every time we shower to prevent moisture), way more squeaks and rattles than our Winnebagos. Large slide is nice but cause the RV to tip toward the drivers side when it's extended. The 2 hydraulic jacks only stabilize a bit(dynamax used one of the cheapest sprinter 3500 systems that Bigfoot makes). The chassis is the stripped down version....the Winnebago gives you controls for your phone and radio on the steering wheel as well as an onboard trip computer. The chassis on our isata has none of this. There are a few nice features, but they are outweighed by the faults and lack of support. I completely regret the purchase of the isata 3. I left a message with the technical department at Dynamax but got no response. On the surface this RVlooks nice enough to pass the test on the dealership lot, but when you have enough time to take a good look at it, it's clear that the workamanship is careless.( a pile of saw dust and wall trimmings under the shower. Some other things to note are cheap faucet fixtures, poorly placed water filter, flimsy building materials, no lighted switches for water pump, coach battery or anything else except hot water heater, poorly located monitoring and switch control panel....I could go on all day. I'm happy to answer any specific question you guys may have. I can't wait to get rid of our isata 3...it's been nothing but trouble with no support or response from the factory.

I would be shocked if you were calling the right number. I am with the factory and on here daily. In addition, we respond to every call or inquiry within 24 hrs.
Private message me your contact info. VIN and selling dealer.

Also we don't really have a technical department. Can you post who you called or left the message with? Have you called the dealer?

Thanks for the response. The voicemail to Dynamax that went unanswered was to Chris Bennett at 888-295-7859 Ext 212. He is listed on the Dynamax website contact page as a "Factory service representative". I contacted the dealership where I purchase the RV, Lazydays in Tampa, FL, about the water heater issue and they told me to contact Atwood directly. We discovered all of these issues while making our maiden trip, that we are still currently on, from Florida to California. I'll PM you the VIN number and my contact info.

I know Chris was in the hospital for a few days, but we should have had someone checking his messages. I'll look init that.

On demand water heater, the #1 issue is always flow rate. It needs to sense a certain flow. With single lever faucets, you're pre-mixing hit and cold which reduces the hot side flow. Depends on where you have the water issue to determine how best to resolve it.

Yes, it seems to be a flow rate issue with the water heater. If you mix in any cold water, the flow rate falls below threshold and the heater shuts off. Running pure hot is just about the only way to get enough flow to kick the heater on, and then it's too hot to use. I even removed the flow restrictors on the faucets and shower head with little improvement. The Atwood unit in my Isata 3 has been plagued with problems that people have posted online. I see that Dynamax is now putting a Truma unit in the Isata 3 seemingly because you guys have also discovered that the Atwoods installed in the Isata 3 are junk. In my opinion, best customer service would be for Dynamax to swap my Atwood out for the new Truma you guys are now using since the Atwoods are so bad. Are you guys wiling to do this?
