I am from Langley which is a 1/2 hour from Vancouver. Having signs of rust on a unit that is not even two years old scares me. I never noticed the bubbles when I purchased it. Would Dyanamax at the very least send me out the touch up paint at no charge? I did not receive any with the unit.
Yes, the warranty can be a little weird in that it falls somewhere between a house and a car. Like a house, most of the appliance warranties (including chassis) are provided by that supplier.

You can order touchup paint direct, https://dynamaxcorp.com/contact-us or if it were me, I would ask the selling dealer since they, or the original customer may have pulled it out.

I don't know what I would be all that concerned. That cover is not really part of the RV. Everything we build is pretty much aluminum or fiberglass. That is just the cover to the furnace which is provided by suburban. So if it was serviced for any reason or the cover pulled, screw threads can nick the cover holes. I'd prefer that cover be plastic or aluminum...but what is there is pretty much industry standard.

There should be a sticker on your passenger side door post that gives the BASF part number for each color used on your rig. You may be able to find an automotive paint store that can get you what you need.

Teagonator,
I just fixed a good sized scratch on our Isata3.
I took the paint code to Napa and they mixed a very close matched container touch up paint.
Cost me $15 or so.
Shoot me a pm if you need more info

Has anyone ever had this problem? I have an Isata 3 2018 version and have had a problem with the Microwave. The book hasn't helped a bit. Problem is: after heating up a couple of frozen sandwiches 3 at 2 1/2 minutes each the microwave quite and went totally blank on receiving 120 power from the gen or the shore power. ? so after finally finding the GFI (above the sink) and checking it and resetting it the microwave started working (about 20 min timeframe) then did it again! So I unplugged the microwave inside the cabinet ant ren an extension cord to another outlet to see if it was the microwave or something else. started to work. so I checked for power at the plug in inside the cabinet after resetting the GFI and had power. So I put all plugs to their proper area connections and the microwave started working, then did the same thing , SO I started looking for a reason that the Microwave feels hot at the top vent area????? Not too hot as to worry about a fire , but extra warm. Where does the microwave vent to except out the top and bottom vents on the face? is it possible for some insulation to have dropped onto the top? Should I take off the faceplate and investigate further ? is the micro wave still warrantied , basically what does anyone suggest?
