UPDATE: I called the phone number provided in the recall notice and got a live person within 30 seconds. She was friendly and helpful. She called the most convenient dealer to me that can lift a motorhome which is Carman Dodge in Newark, DE. She explained the situation to them and stayed on the phone while I spoke with the Carman employee. He cleared the recall from my account so I will not receive any more notices and agreed it did not apply to my vehicle.
So he saved me a trip to the dealer and all of the hassle involved with that. He answered a couple of other questions I had such as can I get a key to unlock the cab doors (yes) and can my digital dash display be reprogramed to show the speedometer rather than today's date (maybe).
Overall it was a ten minute phone call and all is resolved regarding the errant recall.
Thanks Brian,
